Delivery
Laptop Spares are able to deliver throughout the UK, Ireland and all over the world.
Our Returns policy
We want you to feel confident about purchasing from Laptop Spares. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your item, then we will put the matter right.
You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
Warranty
Parts have a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated. On return of a faulty part within 3 months and after testing Soho Consulting Ltd will deliver a replacement for no additional charge, if a wrong part is ordered and it is a special order part it may not be returned unless a re-stocking charge has been organised to cover the costs or delivery and re-stocking with supplier, in some cases parts may not be returned. Please call to confirm warranty.

- We accept purchased orders from Public sector
- Credit cards have a surcharge of 3% and debit cards of 50p
- Cheques have no extra charges
